The Government of Liberia, through the Liberia National Investment Commission represented by the Chairman of the Commission, Hon. Etmonia David-Tarpeh, and MUSONS Group Inc. represented by its CEO/President, Mr. Joe Gene Mulbah, on March 29, 2017 at the hour of 11:00 AM, signed an Investment Incentives Contract for the construction, development and maintenance of a two hundred and ten (210) hotel resorts in Marshall, Margibi County.
The Investment contract is worth over seventy million (US$ 70Million Dollars) and will last for a period of fifteen (15) years. This project is expected to develop the first Presidential suites in post conflict Liberia, with a theatre and an International conference facility capable of hosting over six hundred (600) guest at a time, eleven (11) luxury villas with swimming pool each, water front with outdoor and indoor gardens, recreational facilities and roof garden for public and private use, modern shopping center with local and international brand and supplies, hi-tech medical facilities and helicopter tour, fishing expedition, amongst others on thirty acres of land.
The company will contribute to the maintenance of the Marshall main highways, the building of two-lane paved road from the intersection of the company resort on the Marshall road leading to its hotel, and a scholarship value at US$5,000 for students from Marshall. Following the signing of the agreement and three years of its commercial operations, the company will conduct a feasibility study that will be presented to the GoL to identify potential tourist hubs in the counties.

The signing ceremony was attended by represented of the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Chairperson of the National Investment Commission, Minister of Justice, Minister of Labor, Minister of Public Works, other key stakeholders of Government, Private Sector Actors, and the Management of MUSONS Group Inc.
